A broken toilet amidst good vibes

The building exuded charm, and the King Guest Room was lovely, making for a cozy atmosphere. The decor was modern and welcoming, with a touch of elegance.

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a malfunctioning toilet that didn’t work from arrival. This was particularly challenging given the situation we were in and required multiple reminders to the staff.

I was disappointed with multiple maintenance problems!!! The toilet was non-functional upon arrival, and even after notifying staff, it remained out of order!!! There's a clear need for better sound insulation to mitigate noise disturbances!!!

the staff was super friendly , always willing to help when needed. breakfast was tasty with some great options. loved the fitness area for a good workout too.

McPherson's food scene is lit! Make sure to check out Woodies Smokehouse BBQ for some bomb brisket. Also, the spacious bathroom in our Double Queen Room was a dream, and the large flat-screen TV was perfect for winding down after a day of eating and exploring.

The breakfast could definitely step up its game. we needed better options to fuel us for our culinary adventures.

I stayed in a Double Queen Room for 2 nights. The room was really clean and had no weird smells, which is a plus. The shower pressure was great, and there was a huge flat screen TV. But breakfast options could have been better. Overall, it was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. No bugs or any issues like that, so that's a relief!

the heater was broken. and it was hot. but the fitness center was well equipped. i loved the warm cookies at check-in. and the location was close to great restaurants.

The Double Queen Room was spacious and clean. But the heater malfunctioned, making it uncomfortable at night. Loved the indoor pool area for the kids. Biking nearby was fun, but front desk staff seemed disinterested.

I stayed in the King Guest Room for 2 nights. The room had a nice design, modern decor, and the bed was fairly comfy, but I struggled with the toilet that didn’t work from the moment I arrived. This issue was a significant inconvenience, especially since I informed the staff multiple times, yet it wasn’t fixed throughout my stay. Bright side— the gym had high-quality fitness equipment, including excellent treadmills and ellipticals. I enjoyed the temperature-controlled pool, which was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast featured a variety of options, but I found the omelettes rubbery and some sides stale. Overall, I appreciated the good shower pressure and the spacious bathroom, but I wish they had handled the maintenance issues better.

The hotel has a friendly staff, but broken amenities caused discomfort. Despite this, the decent fitness center and a good breakfast enhanced the experience for our basketball tournament stay.

The bathroom details were impressive, and the large fitness area is perfect for a workout. Enjoying cocktails in the evening was a nice touch. Overall, my stay was relaxing, and the room was comfortable and clean.

Felt taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
